Cleaning up bad formatting

If you've copied some text into an article, and the formatting isn't very good, then here's what to do.

1. Select all (ctrl-A)
2. Cut (ctrl-x)
3. Click the "paste from word" button (looks like a clipboard with the Word "W" on it)
4. Follow the instructions (ctrl-v, update)
5. Fix any minor issues (funny paragraph returns, etc.) using delete and retyping
